This Privacy Policy describes how DocShift (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application. DocShift is a free utility app that converts PDF files to Word format and Word files to PDF format.

DocShift does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal login credentials to use the App. You can use all core features of the App without providing any personal information to us.

DocShift is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in the App are served in accordance with Google AdMob’s policies, and we do not target ads specifically at children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it, though as noted above, we do not collect personal information through the App in the first place.

The only third-party service integrated into DocShift is Google AdMob, described in Section 4. We do not use any other analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs at this time. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Since your documents are processed entirely on your device and never transmitted to us, there is no risk of your file content being exposed through our systems. We recommend keeping your device’s operating system and the App updated to benefit from the latest security protections.
